All students must have previously taken the Fundamentals of Drawing Course at Katz Atelier in order to enroll in this course.
It is recommended to have taken Fundamentals of Figure Drawing at Katz Atelier to do this course, but not compulsory.
Drawing from live models in each class, students will produce full page 25 minute "lay-ins" building up the figure from gesture, to Reilly Rhythms to structure to shadow mapping.
- Similar to what is done is the last class of Fundamentals of Figure Drawing.
In total students will have done 30 lay-in drawings from models in this course, now that is some serious reps!
Please note that due to having live models in each class, any catch up sessions will need to be done using photo reference instead.

All materials are always supplied and included in costs in Katz Atelier classes.
